SmartIPTV Pro+ - Privacy Policy

Harajuku Holdings LTD ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SmartIPTV Pro+ mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

SmartIPTV Pro+ does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Your IPTV playlist details (server address, username and password) are stored only on your device, in its secure storage. Limited technical and usage data is processed by the services described in Sections 2 and 4.

2. Data Collection

The App uses data as follows:

Anonymous usage statistics (for example, which screens are opened) to improve the App, via Google Firebase Analytics
Crash reports with device and app version information, via Google Firebase Crashlytics
Your device's advertising identifier, to show ads, via AppLovin. On iOS this happens only if you allow tracking when asked.
The App does not track your location or access your contacts or photos
We do not sell your personal information

3. Local Storage

The App may store certain information locally on your device to provide core functionality, including but not limited to:

App preferences and settings
Favorites and watch history (stored locally on your device)
Authentication tokens (if applicable, stored securely on your device)

This information stays on your device, except as described in Sections 2, 4 and 5.

4. Third-Party Services

The App works with the following services, each under its own privacy policy:
• Your IPTV provider: playlists, programme guides and streams are loaded directly from the provider you add.
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config): usage statistics, crash reports and app configuration.
• AppLovin: advertising.
• TMDB and OMDb: posters and title information; only title names and years are sent.
• OpenSubtitles: when automatic subtitles are on, the title, year, IMDb/TMDB identifiers and your chosen languages are sent to find subtitles.

5. AI Assistant

By default the AI tab works offline: suggestions are made on your device from your own playlists and nothing is sent. If you turn on full AI by adding an Anthropic API key, your questions, the titles the assistant looks up in your playlists and a short list of titles you recently watched are sent to Anthropic, PBC to generate answers, under Anthropic's privacy policy. Your playlist credentials, account details and adult categories are never sent. You can clear the AI history in Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
